Streamlined bill management
We started using Melio for Expense Management Software and the Bill Capture Tool a couple of months ago, and it's definitely improved our process. Before, we were drowning in paper receipts and manual entry. The AI Assistant for Payments is surprisingly good at pulling details from invoices, which saves a lot of time. I also tested out the Pay Over Time feature for a larger vendor payment, and it worked as expected, which was a relief. The 1099 Management component seems robust for when tax season rolls around too. My only small criticism is that sometimes the mobile app can be a little slow to load, especially when I'm trying to snap a quick photo of a receipt. Other than that, it's been a very positive experience, making our financial backend much smoother.
